How We Do It
Each patient must pre-qualify for the Working Smiles program. They must reside in Central Florida and show a household income at 100% of the poverty level. All applicants are required to sign up with a career agency that participates with Working Smiles-which includes submitting a resume, cover letter and complete a career assessment. Once a patient has completed our extensive application process, we examine each patient and determine what treatment is needed to restore each smile. Thanks to the local dentists that offer a (50% discounted rate to us) and their private offices, time, staff and supplies they are able to treat each patient and restore their smiles and dignity. The Working Smiles program empowers individuals to reach their employment goals, support themselves and their families while rising out of poverty levels and obtain full-time employment that offers medical and dental benefits.
